Maju Nusa Sdn Bhd was incorporated on September 1993, is a company specializing in the provision of IP and telecommunications solutions. Through strategic alliance with its international principal, it has evolved to become a specialist in providing sophisticated state of the art telecommunications solutions. It made a major breakthrough in the telecommunications industry by providing the solution to Telekom Malaysia in fulfilling its contractual obligation for its KTAK USP Phase IV contract. The Contract called for the deployment of a suitable wireless technology to expand the communication services (telephony and internet access) of the USP network at a rural site by using the available VSAT link as the backhaul. This has culminated in the launching of the All IP CDMA 2000 1x Next Generation Network system at the particular site. Ultimately, it opens up the avenue for providing telecommunications services to remote places that would have been virtually impossible to do the past.

In June 2006, it became an associate member of the Ingress Corporation Berhad (www.ingresscorp.com.my), a company listed on the Bursa Malaysia Main Board
